China Earthquake Networks officially determined: At 00:21 on March 26, an earthquake of magnitude 6.0 occurred in Delingha City, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province (38.5 degrees north latitude, 97.33 degrees east longitude), with a focal depth of 10 kilometers. The railway line Qinghai-Tibet Line Delingha Station is 131 kilometers away.
After the earthquake, the Delingha Engineering Section of Qinghai-Tibet Group Corporation immediately launched an earthquake emergency plan, blocking the ascending and descending lines between Tianpeng Station and Dabxun Station of Qinghai-Tibet Line, between Yinmaxia North Station and Kushuigou Station of Dunhuang Line, and Chaka Branch Line for inspection. Between Hannuo Station and Chaka Station, the Delingha North-South Connection Line; the Delingha Depot immediately activated the second-level emergency plan, stopped 13 in-transit trains (including 5 passenger cars), and notified the stations within the management of the station’s traffic equipment.
