In the redevelopment project of the Uchisaiwaicho area, in addition to completely rebuilding the "main building" and "tower building" of "Imperial Hotel Tokyo", it is planned to build multiple buildings containing offices and commercial facilities, which is scheduled to be completed by 2037. am.



On the 24th, 10 companies involved in redevelopment projects such as Mitsui Fudosan and NTT met in Tokyo and announced the theme of urban development.



As a result, we aim to create a city that is integrated with the park and surrounding stations by installing a new pedestrian deck that connects to the adjacent Hibiya Park, and we are also promoting smart cities that utilize digital technology. The aim is to provide new services such as predicting the number of customers visiting tenants from data such as weather and adjusting the amount of purchases.
