The NDRC has not established a database of experts on infrastructure REITs, the statement said.
The NDRC has strict confidentiality disciplines and work requirements for relevant experts who participate in the NDRC's infrastructure REITs investigation and research, policy discussions, solicitation of opinions, and project evaluations.
Without the consent of the Investment Department of the NDRC, no individual may conduct self-promotion in the name of participating in the NDRC infrastructure REITs work, etc.
The statement also stated that it is not in line with the actual situation if any person conducts business in the name of a member of the NDRC's infrastructure REITs expert database or an expert specially invited by the NDRC.
For serious cases, the Development and Reform Commission will take necessary measures to deal with them.
