The collection, preservation and provision of my country's human genetic resources within my country must be carried out by my country's scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, medical institutions and enterprises.

Overseas organizations, individuals and institutions established or actually controlled by them shall not collect or preserve my country's human genetic resources within the territory of my country, and shall not provide my country's human genetic resources to foreign countries.
