Ajman real estate transactions recorded 827 million dirhams during February 2022

The real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed that the value of real estate transactions during last February amounted to 827 million dirhams, a growth of 4.3% compared to the same period in 2021.

The department announced the registration of 665 trading transactions, at a time when the "Al Bahia" area witnessed the highest value of allegiance at 45 million dirhams.

The Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, confirmed that the positive results achieved by the real estate market reflect the attractiveness of the Emirate of Ajman for real estate investments of various types and sizes, given a number of ingredients and elements of attraction and quality of life and life in the emirate, as a major factor in increasing The influx of residents and investors of different nationalities, to conduct their business in various sectors, within a prepared environment and appropriate conditions to achieve success and desired goals.

Al Muhairi added that the department recorded 164 mortgage transactions with a total value of 172 million dirhams, while the highest mortgage value of 20.6 million dirhams was recorded in the "Al Jurf Industrial 1" area.

In turn, the "Al-Yasmeen" neighborhood came on top of the list of the most popular neighborhoods, followed by the "Al Zahia" and "Aliyah" areas.
