On October 10, 2020, as one of the sub-projects of the demonstration project, the Beidou Inertial Integrated Navigation Railway Track Geometry Measuring Instrument (commonly known as "Beidou Inertial Navigation Car") completed the precision measurement of the ballast track at the construction site of the Beijing-Shenzhen high-speed railway. The Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system is the first engineering application in the field of high-speed rail construction after its opening.
