Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau plans to order the company to suspend supervision and management measures for new customers.
Shanghai Venus Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd. shall immediately carry out comprehensive rectification work from the date of receipt of the decision, strictly implement relevant regulations, strengthen the construction of internal control, and effectively improve the level of compliance management, and report to the Anhui Securities Regulatory Commission within 30 days of receiving the decision. The Bureau submits a written rectification report.
