  According to the survey, 8.7% of consumers who have purchased pre-sale commercial housing believe that there is a significant difference between the price of the house released on the spot and the information in the online signing system, and there is suspicion of deliberately tampering with the pre-sale price.

In the signing stage, 13.9% of consumers who have purchased pre-sale commercial housing encountered that the developer did not make a written agreement on the sales commitment, and 8.4% of the consumers encountered that the developer unilaterally added an addition to the commercial housing sales contract, which was not conducive to the buyer. supplementary agreement.

  The survey shows that 57.2% of consumers think that pre-sold commercial housing is unreliable, 14.5% of consumers think that buying pre-sold commercial housing is extremely risky, and 90.3% of consumers say they do not understand the special account system for the supervision of pre-sale funds for commercial housing. Some consumers believe that the pre-sale system is prone to problems such as unfinished buildings, illegal sales, and difficult to detect housing quality problems.

  In terms of the impact of the cancellation of the pre-sale system on home buyers, 43.5% of the respondents believed that consumer rights and interests would be protected, and 22.8% of the respondents believed that home buyers would be able to enjoy safer and better quality housing.
