9.3 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions in a week

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department this week amounted to more than 9.3 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 1902 pledges of allegiance worth 4.29 billion dirhams, including 355 pledges of allegiance to lands, worth 1.33 billion dirhams, and 1,547 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, worth 2.96 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales of 180 million dirhams in the first area of ​​Al Sufouh, followed by a pledge of 46 million dirhams in the fourth Al-Thaniya area, followed by a pledge of 24 million dirhams in the Saih Shuaib 2 area.

The fifth district of Al-Habiya topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 244 pledges worth 522 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali area with 25 pledges of 90 million dirhams, and the third in Al-Markadh with 20 pledges worth 197 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 70 million dirhams was pledged in the Al Nahda 2 area as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 30 million dirhams in the Island 2 area, and finally a pledge of 26 million dirhams in the second Al Sufouh area.

The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, as it recorded 215 pledges of allegiance to a value of 268 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 168 pledges of allegiance to a value of 371 million dirhams, and a third in Al Barsha South Fourth, with 129 pledges of 94 million dirhams.

Mortgages amounted to 4.63 billion dirhams, including 64 mortgages of land, worth 3.64 billion dirhams, and 304 mortgages of villas and apartments, worth 989.01 million dirhams.

As for donations, 130 donations were recorded, worth 376.15 million dirhams, the most important of which were in Al Barsha First area, with a value of 115 million dirhams, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area, with a value of 36 million dirhams.
