In Great Britain, the last corona regulations for air travelers are falling.

The British government has announced the end of mandatory tests for unvaccinated people and entry forms (Passenger Locutor Form) from Friday afternoon.

Meanwhile, London's Heathrow Airport and the airlines British Airways and Virgin Atlantic will no longer require a mask.

From Wednesday on, face masks will not be mandatory in the terminals, trains or offices of Europe's largest airport.

The two airlines no longer require masks on flights to destinations where they are not required.

Almost all corona regulations have been lifted in England since the end of January.

The number of cases of infection has fallen sharply and the main part of the omicron wave seems to be over.

The seven-day incidence has fallen towards 500 from well over 2000 in early January, with a recent increase back to 571 being reported.

However, the number of hospitalizations remains low and the registered deaths have stagnated at a low level since March.
