Harbin Railway comprehensively enhances the concept of construction and operation -

it is not just the "green car"

reporter Ma Weiwei who bid farewell to

At 20:28 on January 30, the K7221 passenger train from Heilongjiang Xiangfang Station, a century-old station, slowly entered the terminal Mudanjiang Station, ending its last mission as a coal-fired green leather car.

The long-distance passenger trains running in Heilongjiang, the northernmost province of China, are saying goodbye to the era of burning coal for heating in winter and cooling fans in summer, and replacing them with air-conditioned trains.

"In the future, there will be no need to burn coal or water, but only air conditioners and electric tea stoves. The workload is less, and the travel environment for passengers and our work will be cleaner." said Li Jinghui, conductor of train K7221 of the Shijiazhuang fleet of the Mudanjiang Passenger Transport Section.

  Upgrading

In the late 1950s, Harbin Railway was equipped with the first-generation Type 21 passenger car developed and produced in my country, which was also the first-generation coal-fired train in New China.

In the mid-1990s, as the 25G bus became the main model of the new generation, Heilongjiang Province also began to enter the era of air-conditioned vehicles.

However, the price is cheap, and the coal-fired trains running in forest areas, reclamation areas and pastoral areas are still the lifeline of local people's travel, and many green leather cars have been used.

China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Harbin Railway") used to be the railway bureau with the largest number of green leather cars in the country.

In the first quarter of this year, Harbin Railway operated a total of 252 pairs of passenger trains, of which ordinary-speed passenger trains accounted for more than half of the total, of which nearly one-tenth of the ordinary-speed trains were non-air-conditioned.

These old green cars depend on burning coal for heating in winter and water supply in summer.

Especially in winter, due to the long heating period in Heilongjiang, the coal consumption of green cars increases sharply, which greatly affects the surrounding environment.

"On average, 1.6 tons of coal is burned for one passenger trip, which is more than 180 tons a year." Li Qiang, conductor of the 6273 train from Yichun to Wuyiling in the Mudanjiang passenger section, said.

From the end of 2021, Harbin Railway will start the upgrade and replacement of non-air-conditioned ordinary speed trains.

On January 20 this year, the 6223 train from Mudanjiang Station to Dongfanghong Station was upgraded to an air-conditioned car body for the first time, which opened the prelude to the comprehensive upgrade of air-conditioned cars for Heilongjiang Railway’s green leather cars.

At present, except for individual outages and trains with shorter operating mileage, the existing 30 pairs of non-air-conditioned ordinary-speed trains have all been upgraded to air-conditioned car bodies, fully realizing the upgrading of ordinary-speed train equipment.

In addition, Harbin Railway has also stepped up the transformation of electrified railways, including the century-old Binzhou Line and Binsui Line. At present, among the more than 8,400 kilometers of railway lines, more than 3,200 kilometers of electrified railways have become the main trunk lines for freight transportation.

"The modified locomotive traction mode will be changed from diesel locomotive traction to electric locomotive traction, which will effectively increase the speed of trains, increase transportation capacity, reduce transportation costs, and reduce harmful gas emissions." Qiqihar Locomotive Depot, responsible for the domestic transportation tasks of China-Europe freight trains Han Xiaolei, the driver of the Huang Jiguang, said that it is of great significance to speed up the economic and trade exchanges between the Manzhouli port and the western region of Heilongjiang and the central cities in inland China, and to promote environmental protection in the areas along the route.

  Environmental protection construction

In addition to saying goodbye to the "green car", Harbin Railway has also made every effort to protect the lucid waters and lush mountains of Longjiang by strengthening environmental protection measures in railway construction, using clean energy to reduce carbon emissions, and adopting comprehensive dust suppression spraying to reduce dust generation.

On March 1, construction of various sections of the Heilongjiang Jiamusi-Hegang Express Railway resumed successively, and entered the construction phase of laying and replacing long rails. It is expected that the entire line will have the conditions for joint commissioning and testing this summer, laying a solid foundation for the opening and operation.

The industrial water mixed with oil is unified into the oil-water isolation tank, and the multi-layer filtration reaches the standard before discharging. Since the drill ballast brought out after the pile foundation is drilled has a high alkali content, in order to prevent the drill ball from escaping during vehicle transportation If the environment is polluted by dripping, etc., cement and fly ash are used to consolidate and then transport it to a centralized waste point... At the Jiahe Railway reconstruction construction site, the project leader said that similar environmental protection concepts and measures run through the entire high-speed rail construction process.

In recent years, the railway construction in Heilongjiang Province has pressed the accelerator button.

At the end of 2021, the Mujia high-speed railway will be opened, and the Beijing-Harbin, Haqi, and Hamu high-speed railways in Heilongjiang Province will build a three-hour economic circle in Heilongjiang Province, paving the fast lane for the comprehensive revitalization of Longjiang.

Harbin Railway unswervingly takes the ecological priority, green and low-carbon high-quality development path, strengthens environmental protection measures in railway construction, promotes the upgrade of electrified railways, uses clean energy to reduce carbon emissions, and adopts comprehensive dust suppression spraying to reduce dust generation and other measures , to protect the clear waters and lush mountains in northern China.

Due to the great impact on the acoustic environment, vibration environment, ecological environment, atmospheric environment, water environment, electromagnetic environment, etc. during the railway construction process, the railway construction department has adopted a series of effective protection measures: installation near residential areas Sound barriers, sound insulation windows and other equipment to reduce engineering noise; build oil extraction ponds, sedimentation tanks, etc. to strengthen oil-water separation and avoid waste oil pollution; temporary construction land, beam making yard and concrete mixing station are all built on the construction land to avoid occupying farmland.

At the same time, 30 cm of topsoil on the surface of the land was stripped and stored in a designated place according to the requirements of the land department, which effectively protected the high-quality black soil resources.

Taking the Qixingfeng Tunnel of the Mujia High-speed Railway, the easternmost high-speed railway in my country as an example, during the construction process, the railway department built 6 three-stage sedimentation tanks, applied oil-water separation technology, and adopted air flotation, chemical injection and other oil removal and degradation measures to achieve wastewater treatment. Oil and water are separated, and the separated waste is specially recycled to ensure that the discharge of engineering construction sewage meets the national first-class standard.

At the same time, during the construction process, noise and dust were strictly controlled to create a green and pollution-free construction environment.

"The construction site of Jixi West Station is close to the village, only less than 100 meters away, and is surrounded by farmland. Therefore, during the construction process, we focused on strengthening ecological environment protection, and intensified efforts to control noise, waste oil and waste water generated by construction vehicles. Strictly control the dust content in the atmosphere, and use methods such as filtration and precipitation treatment for construction wastewater to ensure that it can be discharged after reaching the standard.” said Zhang Ming, deputy manager of the second standard and second working area of the Mujia passenger station of China Railway 22nd Bureau.

  Dust-free treatment

At 15:20 on February 7, 55 freight trains loaded with coal moved slowly in the dust suppression station of Yueya Lake Station in Heilongjiang Province. This is the station spraying dust suppressant on coal to suppress the generation of coal dust.

The gondolas used to transport coal are exposed to the air. During the transportation process, the impact of the wind will generate a large amount of dust, especially when passing through farmland, villages, towns and urban areas, which will have a great impact on the surrounding environment. Tang Diankui, an operator at the lake station, introduced to reporters, "The dust suppression we prepared has the characteristics of non-volatile and strong adhesion. After spraying, it is equivalent to wrapping a layer of 'dust coat' on the coal to reduce dust generation."

The service areas of Qitaihe Station, Jiagedaqi Station, Crescent Lake Station, and Jixi Station in Heilongjiang Province are all coal production areas. Coal is continuously transported to all parts of the province by railway, with an annual transportation volume of more than 93 million tons.

Considering that the dust generated in the coal transportation process will pollute the air, dust suppression stations are set up in each coal transportation station, and the dust suppression agent is mixed to spray the exposed coal through the coal dust suppression spray device, so as to achieve the suppression of coal dust. dust effect.

During the Spring Festival travel period this year, due to the strong market demand for coal, coal transportation vehicles increased, and coal loading stations increased spraying operations.

In Qitaihe Station, there are two fixed swing-arm dust suppression stations and one dust suppression vehicle operation point. The inspection frequency and maintenance of dust suppression equipment are increased, and the proportion of dust suppression agent solution is strictly controlled, so as to realize the dust suppression agent for coal trains. Spray for full coverage.

The Yimin Mine Dust Suppression Station, which has a large coal transportation capacity in the Harbin Railway, sprays more than 100 tons of dust suppressant annually, so that the coal trains running in the Hulunbuir grassland and the forest areas of the Daxing'an Mountains can be dust-free and guarded against a clear sky.
