The Putian Expressway, from Putian, Fujian to Yanling, Hunan, is one of the connecting lines of the Shenyang-Haikou Expressway, the main line of the national expressway network in the north-south direction.
The Wenbi Mountain No. 1 Tunnel constructed by the China Railway 14th Bureau Group is a control project of the Fujian section of the Puyan Expressway.
The left side of the tunnel is 4,669 meters long, with a maximum buried depth of 643 meters; the right side is 4,679 meters long with a maximum buried depth of 648 meters.
During the construction process, in view of the complex geological environment, the construction personnel adopted a new chemical grouting process, combined with grouting and water blocking in tunnel construction, successfully overcome the problem of water inflow, and accumulated valuable experience for tunnel construction.
At the same time, the construction personnel set up advanced automatic sewage treatment equipment at the entrance and exit of the tunnel, making every effort to create a green highway project.
