According to the "Implementation Rules for National Supervision and Spot Inspection of Engine Lubricating Oil Product Quality (2021 Edition)", this supervision and spot check conducted a total of 20 engine lubricant product quality inspections produced and sold by 16 enterprises. After inspection, a total of 5 products produced by 5 companies were found to be unqualified, namely: "Nantian" general engine oil produced by Maoming Petrochemical Supply Co., Ltd. "FAW Sihuan" original oil produced by Oil Branch, "FAW New Ace" high-pressure diesel oil produced by Guangzhou Bofulong Lubricating Oil Co., Ltd., and "Qiandao" produced by German General Oil General Lubricant Co., Ltd. "Applicable engine oil, nominally "Weilix" heavy-duty king diesel engine oil (enhanced) produced by Guangdong Shunde Qilit Petrochemical Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The unqualified items mainly include: kinematic viscosity (100 ℃), foam, low temperature dynamic viscosity, etc.
According to reports, for the manufacturers and sellers of unqualified engine lubricating oil products found in this random inspection, the Foshan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has required the relevant market supervision departments to comply with the "Product Quality Law", "Interim Measures for the Management of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspection" and other laws. Regulations and relevant regulations of the State Administration for Market Regulation and Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on supervision and spot checks shall do a good job in post-processing, and at the same time, record the production and sales information of engine lubricant products that fail the supervision and spot checks into the quality supervision credit files, and implement credit classification.
