　　Liujiaxia Hydropower Station is located in Yongjing County, Linxia Prefecture, Gansu Province, and is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. It is the first million-kilowatt hydropower station designed, manufactured, installed and managed by China itself. Construction began in 1958.

Its completion not only created a precedent for China to eradicate the Yellow River water damage and develop the Yellow River water conservancy, but also connected the power grids of Shaanxi, Qinghai and Gansu provinces and contributed to the development of industry and agriculture in the northwest region.

　　In the repair and distribution branch of Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant, Wang Fengjuan was carefully processing the parts of the unit with her waist down. After 2 hours, her back was soaked with sweat.

"I want to make sure I get quality parts for the units I'm overhauling," she said.

　　Wang Fengjuan is a "post-80s" Sichuan girl. She came to the factory in 2002 to repair and distribute the CNC class, and she has been working for 20 years.

In mechanical processing, she has to deal with steel and oil pollution. For decades, she has completed the laborious work for male employees.

　　"2021 is a busy year. There are unit 4 A repair and stator modification parts, unit 6 A repair parts, unit 2 renovation, maintenance of machining parts, process improvement and innovation, etc., and the work tasks are busy." Wang Fengjuan said , the number of processing parts for unit renovation has increased, and each task must be urgent, which is occupying the construction period for the unit maintenance, and puts forward stricter requirements for processing quality and processing efficiency.

Last year, she completed the processing of the lower tooth pressure plate of the No. 4 unit and the processing of the upper frame backing plate of the No. 4 unit, all of which met the technical requirements.

　　"Even a screw is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit." Holding the finished product just now, Wang Fengjuan said that through hard work, she has grown from an apprentice to a skilled senior technician. There is not a single piece of waste, and the qualified rate of processed parts has reached 100%.

　　Whenever the maintenance of the unit starts, the employees in the repair and distribution branch will work overtime to repair the worn parts and process suitable tools to provide reliable workpiece guarantee for the maintenance of the unit.

No matter how hard or tiring she is at work, Wang Fengjuan will never admit defeat or back down.
