In this spring battle, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. held a second labor-management negotiation on the 9th, and management announced that it would answer the full amount of wage increases and bonuses as requested by the union.



The Nissan labor union demanded an average of 8,000 yen per month, which is 1,000 yen more than last year, and a lump sum bonus of 5.2 months, which is 0.2 months higher than last year.



Regarding the policy of full response, Nissan says that it was possible to reward each person's hardships and share awareness with the union for future growth of the company while business performance is recovering.



Labor-management negotiations are expected to be concluded next week.
