Al-Futtaim Group trains 24 Emiratis in 6 specialties in its departments

Al-Futtaim Group launched the fifth edition of the “Management Trainee” program from Senyar, the group’s Emiratisation platform, in implementation of the pillars of the group’s Emiratisation strategy, noting 42 Emirati employees who were hired by it, and choosing them to participate in the program for the year 2022.

He explained: "The management trainee program for the (Synyar) platform includes training participating citizens over a period of 18 months in six specializations, including: customer relations, change management, time management, influence, leadership, and emotional intelligence, in the various departments of the group."
