Orange and MásMóvil announced this Tuesday that they have begun an exclusive negotiation period to combine their businesses in Spain.
The resulting entity would take the form of a 'joint venture' controlled by Orange and MásMóvil at 50%, with a valuation of the joint entity of 19,600 million euros.
Both entities are valued "attractively", with a valuation of Orange Spain of 8,100 million euros and a valuation of MásMóvil of 11,500 million euros.
