The Supervision Bureau issued a document on the 7th saying that "Little Golden Shield" is not a product quality certification mark.
The State Food and Drug Administration pointed out that the "small golden shield" is a distinguishing mark that distinguishes children's cosmetics from other confusing products such as adult cosmetics, disinfection products, and toys. Non-children's cosmetics shall not be marked with this mark.
It should be noted that my country implements strict supervision on children's cosmetics, which is mainly reflected in the higher regulatory requirements for product formula design, safety assessment, and production conditions of children's cosmetics.
Before the listing of children's cosmetics, except for sunscreen products, which must be registered, other categories of products must be put on record.
The label "Little Golden Shield" on the cosmetic packaging only indicates that the product belongs to children's cosmetics, but does not mean that the product has been approved by the regulatory authorities or certified for quality and safety.
