“
We have asked our American colleagues for written guarantees that the sanctions will not affect our right to free and full commercial, economic and military cooperation with Iran
,” said Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister.

Iran negotiates 20-year deal with Russia
Iran has signed a 25-year cooperation agreement with China and is negotiating a 20-year agreement with Russia.
Iranian power, totally controlled by the conservatives, has also chosen a strategy of rapprochement with Russia and China to escape Western pressure.

On the other hand, the conservatives justify this request.
