Union Coop launches 14 campaigns for reductions with allocations of 12 million dirhams during March
The Director of the Happiness and Marketing Department at the Union Coop, Dr. Suhail Al Bastaki, stated that "the management of a cooperative has allocated financial allocations amounting to approximately 12 million dirhams to launch 14 campaigns for price reduction offers during the month of March with different discount rates."
In statements to "Emirates Today", he indicated that "the cooperative provided, in coordination with suppliers, a large stock of goods to keep pace with these discount offers, which will be implemented on more than 10,000 food, non-food and basic consumer goods."
He added that "the new discount offers will allow customers to purchase their requirements of food and consumer goods before the month of Ramadan in sufficient times, as well as provide them with purchasing options on basic products at low prices," noting that "the reductions in these campaigns will include vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meat, sweets, spices, rice and oil." He pointed out that “each discount campaign will be announced during the month of March through various means for consumers, whether through the “WhatsApp” service, social media accounts, the website, text messages, the smart application and other means of advertising.
He explained that "Tawuniya offers order options for all Tawuniya offers, including the campaigns for the current month of March, through the Tawuniya smart online store platform."
