Dubai Chamber offers more than 50 electronic and smart services

At its headquarters, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce discussed the joint bilateral relations with a delegation from the Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, to learn about the best international practices adopted by the Chamber in the field of membership services and smart transformation, after the Emirate of Dubai has become a model in the digital economy.  

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce said that it has an integrated system of smart and electronic services amounting to more than 50 electronic and smart services, which cover all the needs and requirements of the business community, and enable investors to complete all their transactions remotely with ease and in accordance with the highest international standards and practices.

 The visiting delegation was received by Atiq Juma Naseeb, Senior Executive Vice President of the Commercial Services Sector at the Dubai Chamber, accompanied by Abdullah Ahmed Al Deeb, Director of the Membership and Commercial Authentication Department at the Dubai Chamber and a number of Chamber employees, while the visiting delegation was headed by Paul Faraj Kwey, President of the Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Tanzania, accompanied by Abdul Muwailima, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture - Kigoma Region, and a number of senior officials in the Chamber.

 Atiq Juma Naseeb welcomed the visiting delegation, pointing out that the economic relations between the business communities in Dubai and Tanzania are solid and historical, stressing the Dubai Chamber of Commerce's keenness to exchange experiences, knowledge and best practices with various chambers of commerce worldwide to serve common goals.

 Nassib added: "The Dubai Chamber of Commerce succeeded in the past period in ensuring business continuity and enhancing its competitiveness as a result of its successful investment in developing a modern digital infrastructure that helped the Chamber's members obtain all services electronically. The Chamber has succeeded in a 100% smart transformation in its basic services, Which reflected positively on the business community in Dubai, and the happiness of customers.

 The delegation toured the Chamber's facilities and was briefed on the services available to the business community. The visiting delegation expressed its admiration for the distinguished development in the Chamber's services and its ability to meet the requirements of the private sector, expressing a desire to learn from Dubai's experience with digital transformation and provide services quickly and efficiently to the business community.
