  Beijing will continue to improve the urban rail transit network, and simultaneously promote the construction of new lines and the optimization and improvement of existing lines, so as to improve the overall transportation efficiency.

Accelerate the construction of a number of comprehensive transportation hubs that play the role of "four networks", such as Beijing Fengtai Station and Beijing Chaoyang Station, and promote rail transit transfers on the same platform and vertical transfers to further improve the convenience and comfort of connecting transfers. .

  ——Promote the "station-city integration" of rail and urban functions.

Beijing will optimize the functional layout of cities along the track and promote the concentration of urban resource elements to stations.

Taking the "rail micro-center" as the carrier, promote the integration of rail transit lines and surrounding land, create urban vitality space, further attract rail passenger flow, and drive regional development.

In the next step, it is planned to further strengthen the integrated planning and construction of new lines and surrounding land around key lines such as the M101 line of rail transit, and realize the implementation of the concept of "rail leads urban development".

  Lai Xianyu said that in terms of construction arrangements, Beijing will implement "three batches".

That is to build a batch of projects: accelerate the completion of a batch of projects such as the first phase of Line 3, Line 12, Line 17, and Line 13, and continuously improve the structure of Beijing's urban rail transit network; start a batch: accelerate the preparation of urban rail transit The third phase of the construction plan for transportation will implement the urban (suburban) railway construction action plan. The next step will be to promote the construction of the first phase of Line 11, the north extension of Line 19, the city's sub-center line, and the Northeast Ring Road.
