The notice states that the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and relevant departments will determine and update the list of virtual currency "mining" power users in a timely manner; State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company will timely and fully charge the increased electricity fees according to the list; power users will stop virtual currency "mining" behavior The local Development and Reform Commission should report the relevant information (electricity household number, electricity address, stop “mining” time) to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission (Economic Operation Regulation Bureau) in a timely manner, and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission informs the power grid companies to stop implementing differential electricity prices .
The notice also requires that before the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company implements the differential electricity price policy for power users, it should inform the relevant price increase policy in advance, and guide users to actively stop "mining" behavior; development and reform departments at all levels should increase policy publicity and expand policies.
