In 2022, negotiations will also open with candidates wishing to take control “of the public service delegation in the Normandy airports format”, explains the regional daily.
In summary: a single operator for the four Normandy platforms (Caen, Deauville, but also Rouen and Le Havre in Seine-Maritime).
