The euro exchange rate fell by 45 kopecks to 89 rubles.

During trading on February 21, the dollar rose above 79 rubles.

Earlier, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Financial University under the Government of Russia Rinat Khasanov, in an interview with the FAN, commented on the growth of the ruble.
