Qatar ruled out the possibility of replacing Russian gas in the European market

Unfortunately, so far we do not have such volumes of LNG for which there are long-term contracts, therefore it is impossible, ”TASS quotes the Qatari minister.

Earlier, Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio said that Russia is an indispensable partner in gas supplies to Europe.

As stated in the Russian Foreign Ministry, the United States is trying to occupy part of the European energy market, using the political situation in the region created by the Americans themselves.

Moscow recalled that the United States is not even able to partially cover the volume of energy supplies that Russia provides to the EU countries.
