The opinion proposes to implement the hard measures of "long teeth" cultivated land protection.
The party and the government are responsible for arable land protection, and the red line of 1.8 billion mu of arable land is strictly adhered to.
According to the order of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland, ecological protection red line, and urban development boundary, three control lines shall be delineated and implemented as a whole. As a rigid indicator, strict assessment, one-vote veto, and lifelong accountability shall be implemented in the statement of responsibility for the protection of cultivated land.
