It is noted that Moldovagaz transferred $9.25 million to the Russian company.

Deputy Prime Minister of Moldova, head of the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Republic Andrei Spinu earlier announced his readiness to resolve misunderstandings with Gazprom regarding the audit of Moldovagaz's debt.

The Russian company has previously stated that Moldova's approach to the audit of Moldovagaz's debt runs counter to the agreements reached earlier.

In October 2021, it was reported that Moldova and Gazprom agreed to audit the debt of Moldovagaz in 2022.
