Since the 15 member countries of RCEP are all important trading partners of Yunnan Province, and Vietnam and Laos are adjacent countries connected to Yunnan's land ports, Yunnan has ushered in a major development opportunity.

Approved exporters can issue a declaration of origin, which is equivalent to the certificate of origin issued by the government department, and can enjoy relevant preferential tariff policies.

At present, this system has been implemented in Yunnan, and one high-level certified enterprise in Yunnan Province has obtained the qualification of an approved exporter and independently issued a declaration of origin for the exported goods.

  In order to ensure the implementation of RCEP, Kunming Customs actively promotes the 3.0 version of the Customs Origin Management Information Application Project to be put into operation in Yunnan Province, so as to complete all business of origin information management through a "single window".
