The ruble is growing against the dollar and the euro

As of 07:11 Moscow time, the dollar exchange rate decreased by 8.75 kopecks and amounted to 76.195 rubles.

The euro exchange rate fell by 2 kopecks - to 86.55 rubles.

On February 8, the dollar fell below 75 rubles for the first time since January 13. 

Earlier, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Financial University under the Government of Russia Rinat Khasanov, in an interview with the FAN, commented on the growth of the ruble.
