First, it is forbidden to break through the corresponding regulations of epidemic prevention and control to seal cities and districts, and must not interrupt public transportation unless necessary and without approval.
The second is to implement shutdown measures and extend the shutdown time for restaurants, supermarkets, scenic spots, movie theaters, and related service industry venues without policy basis.
The third is to not arbitrarily increase the epidemic prevention and control measures for the service industry on the basis of the policy requirements of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council.
Zhao Chenxin said that if it is really necessary to take measures such as closing cities and areas, interrupting traffic, or strengthening epidemic prevention and control on the current basis, it must be reported to the State Council's joint prevention and control mechanism for approval.
Provincial people's governments should coordinate the overall requirements for epidemic prevention and control measures in their respective regions, and establish a special working mechanism for reporting, verifying, and correcting epidemic prevention and control measures at every level according to the characteristics of the service industry.
