In Shenyang, daily fraudulent police information also accounts for about half of all electronic fraud police.

The police in various places frequently publicize every day: brushing bills is a fraud, and most people know this anti-fraud formula.

However, most victims do not know that they are participating in the fraud until they are deceived to the police. What is the reason?

On February 15, the Shenyang Public Security Bureau deciphered the criminal process of such fraud and reminded the public to take precautions.

Scammers don't mention the word "swipe"

Using "free delivery" to accurately defraud 360,000 yuan

Open the phone and search for the keyword "swipe", almost all of the police's anti-scam reminders pop up. The crooks are not stupid enough to use this word to attract people to participate, so "inspirational" anchors were born on various short video platforms. , publishes sideline information about easy part-time and earning money every day.

As the saying goes: a clever hunter will disguise himself as a prey first, just wait for you to leave a message in the comment area, and "customer service" will take the initiative to contact and introduce various part-time jobs, such as short video likes, bet big and small gambling, high-return investment etc.

In February this year, Ms. Tang, a citizen of Shenyang, received a text message: "Hello! Because you have used XX software, you have received a total of 20 emails, and I will give you a rice cooker!"

After adding the other party's WeChat, Ms. Tang copied the password sent by the other party, entered the group chat, and participated in the electrical sweepstakes in the group.

Then, the other party asked Ms. Tang to download the "Samsung" App, and after filling in the personal and receiving information, the other party informed that she needed to complete a few charity donation tasks before delivery.

Starting from the task of following the official account, there were ten orders in a row, ranging from a few yuan to dozens of yuan. Ms. Tang received the corresponding rebate. After the rebate task was over, she received the rice cooker express tracking number sent by the other party.

Early the next morning, Ms. Tang continued to receive the rebate task in the group, starting from the first 588 yuan and continuing until noon, Ms. Tang chose a high-quality public welfare order of 1,888 yuan, and after transferring money through mobile banking, the other party Then she pulled Ms. Tang into a separate group chat, and told Ms. Tang that the group chat alone is highly profitable. Now, she only needs to make up another 18,888 yuan public welfare bill to withdraw all the cash.

The recharge amount was getting bigger and bigger. Ms. Tang, who was eager to withdraw money, borrowed money from a friend and completed the so-called supplementary order according to the other party's request, but found that the withdrawal failed, and the other party continued to ask Ms. Tang to supplement the order.

In the end, she was defrauded of a total of 360,000 yuan.

"Flying Chat" App puts down the "Ecstasy"

Uninstalling the anti-fraud app loses 60,000 yuan

Shenyang police analyzed that the apps used for billing were developed by fraudsters with very little cost. Since they are illegal software, they cannot be downloaded from the mobile app store. The only way to install them on the victim's mobile phone is - link .

Now there is the "National Anti-Fraud Center" App, which can scan and identify the software that has been downloaded on the mobile phone. It was a scam that could have been completely avoided. .

Recently, Ms. Zhou, a citizen, received a private message when she was playing a short video, and the other party recommended a part-time job that earned commissions by liking her. Subsequently, Ms. Zhou was pulled into a group.

The administrator pushed a short video for it. After Ms. Zhou liked it, she really received a few yuan red envelopes.

After a few days, Ms. Zhou was able to take a few tasks every day, and she didn't feel anything wrong.

Until one day, the administrator said that there are tasks with more lucrative commissions that can be done. Ms. Zhou saw that the commission settlement of orders received in the previous days was relatively timely. Without thinking much, she followed the link sent by the administrator and downloaded a program called "Flying Chat" App.

Then the administrator took Ms. Zhou to a "high-quality single-task group" of 30 people. Ms. Zhou felt that it was profitable, and the atmosphere in the group was also very active. High commissions, screenshots that have been withdrawn.

Seeing this scene, Zhou felt that everything was normal.

However, at this time, the rules of order-taking tasks have changed. The customer service "kindly" asked her if she wanted to do a large-scale package task, and provided several "recharge" packages for her to choose: the first charge of 2,000 yuan, the gift of 58, and the first charge of 2,000 yuan. Recharge 5000 yuan, give 138, first charge 10,000 yuan, give 238, first charge 30,000 yuan, give 888, first charge 50,000 yuan, give 1688.

Since the first two withdrawals were smooth, Ms. Zhou already completely trusted the other party, so she chose the 30,000 yuan package without hesitation.

After the customer service sent Ms. Zhou another task of 300 yuan, she completed it easily. When she wanted to withdraw the cash, the other party claimed that she could only withdraw the cash after completing the third task.

The other party immediately sent a large order of 18,000 yuan. Ms. Zhou was eager to withdraw cash, so she transferred 18,000 yuan.

Unexpectedly, the other party sent another 58,888 yuan task.

In order to recover the money he had invested in, Zhou had to bite the bullet and continue to transfer money. When the money was not enough, he asked the customer service if he could withdraw cash first, and then continue the task.

In the end, Ms. Zhou transferred a total of more than 60,000 yuan to the other party, only to find that she was fooled.

What is puzzling is that Ms. Zhou had installed the "National Anti-Fraud Center" app, but she thought it was useless, so she uninstalled it.
