  The licensed user shall use "Bingdun Dun" in accordance with the scope of the license, the signed commitments and the technical specifications formulated by the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, and shall not commit any acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, nor assist any other party.
