An agreement has been signed between the Casino brand and the electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla.

It concerns the installation of ultra-fast charging terminals that will soon be permanently available in the car parks of 31 supermarkets, reveals

Le Parisien.

This collaboration is the result of the increase in sales of electric vehicles.

With 162,000 registrations in 2021, these would have increased by 46% compared to the previous year.

According to information from our colleagues, the first chargers will be operational by next summer in Annecy, Haute-Savoie.

They will allow users to load their car in 30 minutes, the time to do the shopping.

The goal of the American brand is also to make its terminals accessible to all electric vehicles.
