The effective link of the carbon ledger, and by rewarding green and low-carbon actions, promotes carbon neutrality on the consumer side, stimulates the enthusiasm of all Luzhou citizens to participate in carbon neutrality, and has great social value.
Luzhou "Green Bud Points" is a carbon inclusive platform created by "Green Inclusive Benefit Cloud - Carbon Emission Reduction Digital Ledger" for the Luzhou Municipal Government of Sichuan Province.
The platform is based on the group standard "Quantification of Carbon Emission Reduction in Citizens' Green Behaviors" by the All-China Environmental Protection Federation and guided by the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
