“In connection with the revocation of the license from JSC Bank KKB, the guarantor and settlement bank of the system for ruble wallets, from February 11, 2022, all operations with P and R-wallets become unavailable,” the message says.

As specified, "electronic funds of the system participants frozen in the KKB bank will be paid to their owners."

Earlier, information appeared that the Mastercard international payment system would reduce fees for money transfers linked to a phone number, email or social media account from April 23.
