Dubai real estate transactions record 1.5 billion dirhams

Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.5 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 309 sales with a value of 976.42 million dirhams, including 50 allegiances to land, with a value of 361.54 million dirhams, and 259 sales to apartments and villas, with a value of 614.88 million dirhams.

The most important land sales worth 132 million dirhams came in the “Al Mamzar” area, followed by a pledge of 46 million dirhams in the “Business Bay” area.

"Al Habiya Fifth" region topped the region in terms of the number of allegiances, with 24 pledges worth 65 million dirhams, followed by "Jebel Ali First" area with 10 pledges of 21 million dirhams, and the third in "Al Yafra 2" with five pledges of six million dirhams.

A pledge of 40 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area came as the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by two pledges of 39 million dirhams and 24 million dirhams in the same area.

“Business Bay” topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 32 pledges worth 44 million dirhams, followed by “Burj Khalifa” with 26 pledges of 213 million dirhams, and third in “Al Yafra 1” with 18 pledges of 29 million dirhams.

In turn, the mortgages recorded a value of 458.97 million dirhams, including 13 mortgages of land, worth 282.78 million dirhams, and 77 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 176.19 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "Business Bay" area with a value of 168 million dirhams, and another in the "Palm Jumeirah" area with a value of 113 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 14 donations were recorded, worth 66.6 million dirhams, the most important of which were in the "Al-Habibiya Fourth" area, worth 42 million dirhams, and another in the "Al-Thinya Third" area, worth four million dirhams.
