  Subsequently, the research team constructed a FST gene expression element for complementing the female fertility of transgenic rice in the Plant Molecular Breeding Laboratory of the Rice Crop Research Institute of the university, and a functional RNAi that is sensitive and lethal to bentazon herbicide for transgenic screening. The elements were closely linked and introduced into the rice GMS line, and the genetically engineered rice GMS line was successfully created, and the breeding of the non-transgenic GMS seedlings was realized.
