“The list of candidates includes Andrey Akimov, Viktor Zubkov, Denis Manturov, Vitaly Markelov, Viktor Martynov, Vladimir Mau, Alexey Miller, Alexander Novak, Mikhail Sereda, Gerhard Schroeder and Nikolai Shulginov,” the company said in a Telegram message.
It is noted that it will be proposed to elect members of the board of directors at a meeting of shareholders of the company, which will be held on June 30.
