此前，北京市丰台等区已连续多日出现新增确诊病例。1月27日16时至1月28日16时，北京市新增本土新冠肺炎确诊病例4例。3例在丰台1例在西城。
26日晚，丰台区还发布关于部分区域提升管控措施的通知称，新村街道等部分区域内基本生活物资供应场所正常开放，并严格执行相关防疫规定。

广州市印发通知称，从1月27日起连续5天，市民可在平价商店内，购买比市场平均零售价格便宜15%的蔬菜，便宜5%的大米、食用油、猪肉。
天津市则组织国有企业和大型连锁商超平价销售蔬菜；食品集团农鲜产品直销店大白菜、土豆等以低于市场均价20%—30%的价格销售。
在具体价格方面，根据国家统计局数据显示，1月中旬生猪价格环比降6.7%。此外，截至28日下午，农业农村部重点监测的28种蔬菜平均价格为5.80元/公斤，比27日上升0.3%；重点监测的6种水果平均价格为6.84元/公斤，比27日上升0.7%。
