The total import and export value of the 14 countries in Ningxia was 6.87 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 73.82%, accounting for 32.1% of the total value of Ningxia's import and export trade.

　　At present, RCEP has been implemented in China, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia.

From January 1 to January 23, Yinchuan Customs issued a total of 24 certificates of origin under RCEP for 12 enterprises in the customs area, involving a product value of US$7.7293 million.

The visa products include red dates, wolfberry and other agricultural products and electrode paste, silicon carbide, activated carbon, unwrought manganese, etc.

　　It is understood that from February 1, 2022, the RCEP agreement will take effect in South Korea, and China will also implement the RCEP agreement tax rate on some imported goods originating in South Korea.

From the same date, goods exported from China to South Korea that meet the origin of goods under RCEP or have the qualification of origin under RCEP can also apply to the customs for the issuance of a certificate of origin under RCEP.

Among them, in the first year that RCEP came into effect in South Korea, 38.6% of the items were immediately reduced to zero tariffs in China and South Korea, and 86% of the items were eventually reduced to zero tariffs.

In the future, there will be three preferential trade agreements between China and South Korea: RCEP, China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement and Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement.

Since the establishment of friendly exchanges between Ningxia and Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea in 2004, the exchanges and cooperation between the two places in the fields of economic and trade exchanges, ecological environment protection, medical education and other fields have also been deepened.

At present, South Korea has become Ningxia's sixth largest export destination, an important source of actually utilized foreign capital and a major source of overseas tourists.

According to Yinchuan Customs statistics, the total trade value between Ningxia and South Korea in 2021 will be 1.456 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 105.59%, of which exports are 1.208 billion yuan (RMB, the same below) and imports are 248 million yuan.

Imported products are mainly mechanical and electrical products such as machine tools and electrical control devices, high-tech products such as gantry CNC milling machines, polysilicon, steel, etc., and export products are mainly antibiotics, feed additives, lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxides, etc.
