剑南春是“中国名酒销售前三”?

实控人涉案至今无结果 公司上市梦难圆

  春节前夕,“中国名酒销售前三”的广告语,让剑南春陷入争议。北京青年报记者了解到,“铁打的茅五,流水的老三”,虽然白酒行业曾经有“茅五剑”的说法,但洋河、泸州老窖、汾酒等酒企早已在业绩上超越了剑南春。而此次争议,让迟迟未能上市的剑南春再度成为焦点。

  剑南春自称“销售前三”遭质疑

  “古代皇室的宫廷御酒,现代社会的名酒精英,剑南春,中国名酒销售前三。”春节前夕,国内不少小区的电梯广告中,开始轮播剑南春的这条广告。另有消息称,剑南春这一广告语已经使用多年,且在多个剑南春赞助节目、网络平台及楼宇广告等进行投放。不过,北青报记者并未在电商平台以及该公司官网看到类似宣传语。

  但市场对于剑南春这个“第三”的名头却颇有争议。北青报记者了解到,目前白酒市场上,贵州茅台、五粮液是绝对龙头。茅台预计2021年营收在1090亿元左右;五粮液还未预告业绩,但根据“宜宾发布”1月23日发布的消息称,五粮液集团实现营业收入1400亿元。

  对于第三位的酒企到底是谁,一直没有定论。2020年洋河股份以211亿元的营收位列行业第三,2021年三季度为219亿元,已经创下历史新高。山西汾酒也在2021年三季度收获172亿元营收,全年预计也将突破200亿大关。

  剑南春方面在2021年上半年时曾表示,2020年剑南春保持良好发展势头,整体销售额获得新突破,其中水晶剑年销量突破16000吨,销售额近130亿。

  据“四川发布”公布的数据显示:在综合排名前 100 名中,川酒有三朵金花进入100 强榜单,分别是四川省宜宾五粮液集团有限公司、泸州老窖集团有限责任公司、四川剑南春集团有限责任公司,这三家企业2021年的营收分别为1210.72亿元、607.66亿元、111.81亿元,分别位列四川百强企业的第4、第11、第62位。

  值得注意的是,2020年7月8日,绵竹市委机关刊物《今日绵竹》报道称,剑南春集团公司党委副书记、副总经理蔡发富表示:“剑南春未来几年的发展目标是,到2025年集团营业收入达到200亿元,力争向300亿元迈进。”

  称“销售前三”来自单品销售数据

  从数据上看,即使是单论三季度的业绩,剑南春的数据仍旧低于洋河和汾酒两家公司,实在谈不到“第三”的业绩。

  对于广告中的“前三”,有接近剑南春的业内人士的解释是,剑南春是以“水晶剑”销量为口径,其位列白酒大单品销售前三。

  而剑南春官方客户服务热线的接线人员则称,“中国名酒销售前三”数据来源于中国食品工业协会2020年的统计数据,可以查阅相关数据。

  北青报记者了解到,在中国食品工业协会官方网站上,《2019年中国白酒行业名酒品牌发展现状及趋势》的文章中称,“全国白酒名酒品牌位居前三的为飞天茅台、五粮液、剑南春”。但文字下方的图表明确显示,这个排名并非酒企的销售额,而是各酒企大单品销售额的统计和排名。

  有消息称,剑南春的“水晶剑”单品在2021年约有150亿元左右的销售额。剑南春是按照水晶剑的销售额,位列茅台飞天、普五两大单品销售之后。

  作为知名白酒品牌中少有的非上市公司,剑南春很少披露财务数据。而作为“茅五剑”的一员,剑南春的确曾在白酒市场占据一席之地,彼时白酒还没有进入发展的黄金十年,茅台一瓶的价格也就二三百元。但是,随着众多区域酒企纷纷上市,“茅五剑”也陆续变成了“茅五泸”“茅五洋”“茅五汾”等等说法。

  由于改制时期的历史遗留问题,剑南春近年来也在一定程度上错失了白酒发展红利期。

  北青报记者了解到,2004年正值酒业的“黄金十年”的开端,时任董事长的乔天明主导了原为纯国资的剑南春改制,国有资本全部退出剑南春,以乔天明为首的管理层成立四川同盛投资公司,当时出资控股剑南春集团69.59%股份,乔天明间接持有剑南春26%股权。

  Although disputes continue, lawsuits are entangled, and the road to listing is still pending due to the actual controller's lawsuit, Jiannanchun has not disappeared from the sight of consumers like some short-lived "famous wine" brands.

Cai Xuefei, an analyst in the liquor industry, said that Jiannanchun has been a typical example of "low-key growth" in recent years.

As an old-fashioned famous wine, Jiannanchun's high-quality characteristics and brand historical value have been highlighted. It is one of the biggest beneficiary brands from the upgrade of consumption structure.

Judging from the market retail price of "Crystal Sword", although the price has been raised several times, the current terminal retail price of 52-degree "Crystal Sword" is still more than 400 yuan, which is relatively close to the people.

Therefore, in the sub-high-end market, there is still a large share.
