According to the "Logistics Hub Layout and Construction Plan of Yunnan Province (2019-2035)", Yunnan will basically build a comprehensive logistics portal hub for South Asia and Southeast Asia from 2021 to 2025, actively connecting China-Myanmar, Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar, China and Vietnam, and China, Laos and Thailand. Actively deploy and build logistics hubs in South Asian and Southeast Asian countries, and promote the improvement of infrastructure.

Strengthen cross-border exchanges, speed up the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Facilitation of Transportation Cooperation between China, Laos and Thailand, and the Memorandum of Understanding on Facilitation of Transportation between China and Myanmar, so as to solve the problem of reducing transportation smoothness caused by system differences and build an international channel system for internal and external connections.
