On January 20, the "member channel" of the fifth session of the seventh session of the Hainan Provincial Political Consultative Conference was opened.
Wang Yanlei, member of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and director of Hainan Wanli Law Firm, said that it is recommended that Hainan should benchmark against international rules such as the United Nations International Trade Commission's International Mediation Model Law, formulate international commercial mediation rules for Hainan Free Trade Port, and establish a unified Hainan international commercial mediation. The center, at the appropriate time, will have unified management and layout, establish an international commercial mediation window service system, and focus on building an international commercial mediation platform for Hainan Free Trade Port.
