中新财经1月20日电(记者 吴涛)“疫情清零政策对产业链、供应链是有利的”“汽车‘缺芯’问题正在逐步缓解”“弹窗关不掉、乱跳转问题基本解决”。

　　20日，国新办就2021年工业和信息化发展情况举行发布会，工信部相关负责人回应了上述社会关切的诸多问题。

回应清零政策影响

　　工信部总工程师、新闻发言人田玉龙称，“对疫情清零的政策，众所周知，我们疫情防控坚持外防输入、内防反弹，这个政策目前的效果十分显著。我们的经济发展和疫情防控都保持了全球领先的地位。”

　　“经济增长特别是工业经济增长这些数据表明，我们的疫情防控政策对产业链、供应链是有利的，我们坚持了这个正确的防疫策略，才能在全球率先复工复产，产业链供应链的稳定安全才得到了保障。所以，总体上看，目前无论是我们的经济发展、出口等，都是顺畅的，而且都处于增长态势。”田玉龙称。

　　田玉龙还称，“现在国内疫情出现了多点散发，部分城市也采取了一些管控，可能在短期小范围内对部分地区的产业链、供应链产生了一些局部性影响，但这些影响都是短期的，而且是有限范围的，对宏观产业链没有产生大的影响。”

回应汽车“缺芯”

　　工信部新闻发言人、运行监测协调局局长罗俊杰称，去年全球集成电路制造产能持续紧张，各行各业都陆续面临着“缺芯”的问题，对全球产业发展业绩造成了较大的影响。其中特别是汽车产业受到的冲击最大，国内许多家车企因此出现了减产或短期的停产问题。

　　“这里面主要是两个方面的原因。一方面，随着社会智能化程度的不断提升，芯片作为智能设备最关键的组成部分，需求在持续增长。另一方面，全球疫情蔓延，还有一些个别国家对他国企业进行无理的制裁和打压，都对全球半导体供应链造成了严重冲击。”罗俊杰称。

　　Luo Junjie also said that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has been paying close attention to and actively responding to the problem of "lack of cores" in automobiles, taking multiple measures to ensure the supply of chips and maintain the stable operation of the automobile industry.

In the next step, we will strengthen communication and cooperation with relevant countries and regions, encourage domestic and foreign key enterprises to increase investment in a coordinated manner, and promote the improvement of the supply capacity of the entire chip industry chain.
