广西北海:降低公积金贷款首付比例

  1月12日,北海市住房公积金管理中心发布《关于调整住房公积金贷款政策的通知》,明确了降低公积金贷款的首付比例,北海也成为今年全国首个降低首付比例的城市。

  《通知》中最核心的内容是,缴存职工家庭购买第二套住房或申请第二次住房公积金贷款的,最低首付款比例由60%下调至40%。

  “此类降低首付的政策,比贷款额度提高、利率下降或者说放款节奏放快更为有效。因为首付比例下调,客观上使得购房者的购房压力明显下降。”易居研究院智库中心研究总监严跃进表示。
