Al-Futtaim Group confirmed its commitment to support the Emiratisation strategy in the UAE and the government’s Emiratisation initiative that aims to develop the capabilities of Emirati citizens. It also announced its intention to provide a variety of job opportunities for Emirati citizens during the next five years in eight major sectors.

The group pointed out that this announcement coincides with the reception of the "Synyar Program" by the "Al-Futtaim Group" for a recent batch of 250 new Emirati talent, noting that "Sinyar" is one of the group's leading initiatives aimed at attracting and developing Emirati talent.

She explained that the new batch of Emirati talents was received in an event attended by the President of the Emiratisation Council at the Al-Futtaim Group;

Meera Al Futtaim, and the Acting Executive Director of Human Resources at the group, Abdul Rahman Saqr, as well as members of the Emiratisation Council in the group.

Al-Futtaim Group revealed that it intends to provide a variety of job opportunities for Emiratis over the next five years in eight main sectors, including: automobiles, real estate, shopping malls, healthcare, retail, education, financial services and insurance, and information technology.
