All these professions do not require an engineering degree or BAC + 5 since “a third are accessible with a bac + 2 or license level” specifies Linkedin.

In the first place of this ranking, we find the head of commercial operations.

Its task is to facilitate the work of salespeople by optimizing sales processes and tools (customer database, CRM software, etc.).

In second position: responsible for development.

Its role is notably to “detect new market opportunities”.

Commercial functions represent a fifth of the positions in the ranking, such as that of customer advisor (4th), account manager (8th), real estate agent (20th) or responsible for corporate relations (21st).

Digital professions in high demand

Another highly demanded sector is digital and IT. We find the professions of site reliability engineer who ensures the stability and good performance of an application or site (5th), telecommunications consultant (7th), user experience researcher ( 11th), machine learning engineer (12th) or even data consultant whose task is to analyze and collect “the data of a company or an institution from a marketing, organizational or even financial point of view” (25th).

There are also many professions that are not directly linked to new technologies, such as billing assistant in third position in this ranking or professional integration adviser (6th), recruitment officer (9th) or training (16th).

Due to the pandemic, health professions also appear in this ranking such as that of nurse coordinator (14th), or occupational health nurse (15th).
