Song Xinchao, chairman of the China Association for the Protection of Monuments and Sites and deputy director of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, introduced here that the changes in the international heritage community's understanding of heritage value and its activation in recent years have put more emphasis on the importance of humanities, spirituality, and value sharing.
