The "Plan" clarifies that the "14th Five-Year Plan" key river basin water ecological environmental protection adheres to the comprehensive management, systematic management, and source management of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand, and makes overall plans for water environment, water ecology, water resources and other elements, and continues to do a good job in "one lake, two two lakes".
